Return & Replacement Policy

At VropKart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged
• The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.


Conditions

• The item must be unused and in original packaging
• Unboxing video  required for verification
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery  not be accepted


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by customer
• Minor color differences due to screen display
• Delay caused by courier service


Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed if:

• A replacement is not available

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
